Ivy Cyrene Sharm Resort Adults Friendly Plus 13

Everything was perfect from the room to the breakfast. The room was very comfortable and big, the person who cleaned our room was so kind and he cleaned everyday and he brought us fruits everyday. Also he made cute design with the towels everyday. We arrived at 5 at morning but Mr Reda who worked that time he welcomed us with a smile and the other guy brought our luggage to our room. The breakfast was very tasty and it was next the pool so we had beautiful view. Also at the reception they helped us with every question we had. All the stuff was so polite.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean rooms, delicious and varied food every day.  Value for price. the best thing about the hotel is the staff who are very friendly and helpful. I would like to express my gratitude to the reception team, Ahmed Kamal, Michael Nady, and Amr Gomaa, the restaurant manager Ibrahim Shaker,  his team, and the housekeeping team. drivers, beach, and swimming pool workers. Animat team I didn't participate in their activities but they were very funny and very animated 😜. They don't know me but I know them I will go back again in the winter

Housekeeping was perfect and towels are always shaped differnt models in rooms thamks to this housekeeping he was perfect

we stayed 5 nights room number 3110 room was great with sea view. Staff was so friendly and helpful during our stay they helped alot and we really appreciated to them expecially Mr. Hisham , Michael, Beshoy and Mostafa Cleaning was perfect and Ramadan life guard he is so cool. Kitchen chef were friendly and they cooked very nice expecially lunch pasta and cakes 🤤🤤 Thank you Cyrene sharm We will come back soon for sure ❤️

The location, landscaping and general layout of the hotel was very good. Since there were reefs on the coastal part of the hotel, there were many different fish species and it gave you the feeling of watching a documentary. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. We would like to thank all the restaurant staff, especially their manager (I think his name is Tarık). We would also like to thank Ms. Aigerim, the guest advisor, for her interest and help.
